Isabel is a Search Consultant specializing in SAP across the DACH region, partnering with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Focused on 360° consulting, she works closely with businesses across industries to not just fill vacancies, but to find candidates who truly fit—both in skills and company culture.

With a Master’s in Management and Human Resources from Cranfield University and Leuphana University, plus a Bachelor’s in Business Psychology, Isabel blends academic expertise with hands-on HR experience in recruitment and employer branding for large and mid-sized companies. This foundation allows her to bridge client needs with candidate potential, supporting internal processes with a deep understanding of people, behavior, and motivation.

Originally from Germany, Isabel moved to London to launch her career in search consulting. With a strong focus on SAP, she is committed to continuously expanding her expertise to ensure she connects the right people with the right opportunities.

Isabel sees every collaboration as a true partnership, built on trust, communication, and a shared goal of long-term success. Known for her open, friendly nature and positive attitude, she brings energy and dedication to every search.

Outside of work, Isabel enjoys exploring London’s vibrant culture, discovering new cuisines, and catching coffee with friends in one of the city’s many parks. And if there’s a beach nearby, that’s where you’ll find her—having grown up by the coast and worked as a lifeguard, she’s always at her best near the water.
