Before transitioning into recruitment, Benjamin built a successful career as a professional chef. The skills he honed in fast-paced, high-pressure kitchens, attention to detail, adaptability, resilience, and a passion for delivering consistently high standards, now shape his approach to talent search and client service. He brings the same level of precision, creativity, and work ethic to every hiring challenge he tackles.

With both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business, Benjamin combines academic insight with practical experience to offer a consultative, solutions-driven approach. Whether supporting a scale-up’s growth plans or helping a multinational optimize its tech team, he delivers with clarity, care, and commercial awareness.
