Jonathan is a Manager and experienced Search Consultant at Oliver Parks, specialising in mid to senior-level appointments across the DACH region.

Since joining the firm in 2021, he has supported clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland in finding and securing the right talent to drive transformation and long-term success. His approach is relationship-driven and consultative, always tailored to the specific needs of each organisation and candidate.

With a background in hospitality and hands-on experience in other people-focused industries, Jonathan brings a unique combination of empathy, structure, and commercial acumen to his work. At Oliver Parks, he is part of a team delivering international search solutions from offices in Munich, London, Dublin, Dallas, New York, and Newcastle—each deeply embedded in their respective markets.

Known for his persistence, honesty, and instinct for matching people and potential, Jonathan sees his role as more than filling roles—it’s about building sustainable partnerships that create value on all sides.

Outside of work, he’s a fitness enthusiast, enjoys cooking, and is always up for an adventure with his partner.
