Joshua is a Principal Associate at Oliver Parks, specialising in the ERP market with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365. With over three years of dedicated experience in the space, he brings a deep understanding of both functional and technical roles within the ERP ecosystem.

He supports a broad range of positions—from analysts and developers to managers, architects, and directors—offering flexible solutions across both full-time and contract engagements. Joshua partners with some of the top manufacturing firms in the U.S., delivering a relationship-driven, consultative approach that is tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Originally holding a degree in Business Management, Joshua combines academic knowledge with hands-on expertise to provide informed, strategic guidance to his clients and candidates alike.

Outside of work, Joshua is an avid sports fan with a passion for traveling the world to experience some of the biggest events live. His personal favourites include golf, rugby, NFL, and football.
