Lisa is a Principal Associate at Oliver Parks, serving clients across the DACH region, with a particular focus on the German market. Specialising in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central space, she partners with organisations to identify and engage top-tier talent, bringing a deep market understanding and consultative approach to every engagement.

Before joining Oliver Parks, Lisa spent seven years in the background screening industry, where she gained extensive experience working with clients across sectors, developing a strong foundation in compliance, risk management, and client service excellence. Her transition into executive search has been driven by a passion for connecting people and opportunities in ways that drive long-term business success.

Originally from Germany, Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and German Linguistics from the University of Bremen. Her academic background, combined with her professional experience, enables her to offer clients a thoughtful and strategic perspective on executive hiring within the technology sector.

Outside of work, Lisa is a busy mum of two and a professional riding instructor and horse trainer. She has competed in equestrian events in several countries around the world and brings the same discipline, focus, and determination to her work as she does to her sport.
