With a background in executive search dating back to 2009, he brings over 15 years of experience helping clients navigate complex hiring landscapes and build high-performing teams across the US Technology and Supply Chain markets.

Throughout his career, Tom has partnered with some of the world’s most ambitious and fast-moving companies, supporting them in identifying and securing top talent across North America and Europe. His sharp market insight and hands-on leadership style enable him to deliver tailored solutions that align talent strategy with business goals.

As one of the firm’s senior leaders, Tom has played a key role in the growth and evolution of Oliver Parks, shaping its people-first culture, mentoring high-performing consultants, and driving the company’s reputation for delivery excellence. His dual focus on client success and internal development continues to fuel momentum across both business units.

Originally from the North East of England, Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts from Durham University. His sporting background instilled a competitive edge, discipline, and team-first mentality that now give both him and his clients a winning advantage in securing top talent. That same drive and focus continue to underpin his approach to search, where pace, precision, and performance matter.

Outside of work, Tom is a committed dad of three, a dedicated early riser, and a fan of strength training, good coffee, and the outdoors.
