Why did you join Oliver Parks?

I was looking for a job opportunity in recruitment that gave me the chance to work in a smaller firm that promotes my personal growth and development. And I was looking for a work environment where I can learn from my colleagues and don’t need to hesitate asking for help.

What is the best/most rewarding thing about working at OP?

There are plenty of things! But the for the most rewarding is the appreciation I can feel on a daily basis – whether it’s for big achievements like placing a candidate or just a quick positive feedback and encouragement after a good or even difficult call with a client or candidates. At OP that’s not just during scheduled feedback meetings and not only from managers but from everyone in the team.
