Why did you join the OP team?

I’ve been here from day 1, so my journey was slightly different to most, but the main reason I joined was the vision of the business. I was so excited to be part of something very special and doing things differently to most high street recruitment agencies out there. The opportunity gave me a huge chance to carve out a long term career and build my own business within the business. This is an opportunity that you don’t usually get with most other headhunting firms operating out of the UK. Also the chance to operate in the US market was hugely exciting for me. 13 years later here I am. Started as a Senior Recruiter and progressed through the ranks to now running the Supply Chain business unit at OP.

What is the best/ most rewarding thing about working at OP?

The people are the best thing about this company. I work with so many wonderful colleagues who are way more intelligent than me and I love to spar and learn from the guy’s every day. We have a welcoming and high performing culture that really brings out the best in people and to see people progressing week on week is something I don’t think I’ll ever get bored of. We’re super flexible compared to other agencies and offer great incentives as part and parcel of the job. Extended lunch breaks for gym goer’s, monthly lunch clubs, high performance annual trips, world famous summer and winter parties…. This list goes on. 😊
